Summer is coming to an end, which means Lemon:Aid stands are closing up shop! We can’t thank those who participated enough for your generous donations and your willingness to host Lemon:Aid stands of your own. Together, we sure made a splash! Over $10,000 was raised to help our partners in Africa continue to address the water crisis impacting their communities.

Lemon:Aid stands are a great way for kids to do something that makes a difference during the summer, and there were several stands that stood out! They’re so cool that we thought you might want to learn about them too!

Carlie (pictured above) set a goal to raise $400 through her Lemon:Aid fundraising page, and she raised over $1,000 instead! So many of her friends, family, and neighbors supported Carlie to help her exceed her goal, and it all started when this compassionate girl decided to make a stand for clean water.

We believe in these incredible kids, and we’re so thankful that they want to help kids, just like them, have clean water to drink. They show us that no one is too young to make a difference, and all it takes is a little bit of lemonade! To them we say, “Thank you so much!” and we pass along Paul’s words of wisdom when he wrote:
