The “One Thousand Wells” book tour ended on Saturday night in the Bay Area. It was a bittersweet night atBook Passage in Corte Madera, where many friends and family members of co-founder Jena Lee Nardella came to not only celebrate Jena’s memoir, but to welcome her to the city! Jena has recently become a member of the Bay Area community, as she and her husband, James, and son, Jude, moved just last week to Mountain View, Calif.
Although the tour has come to an end, there is still an opportunity to celebrate Jena’s incredible journey through 1000:1000. There are two weeks left to give the gift of clean water to two schools in Kenya! However, the one thousand hours surrounding the release of “One Thousand Wells” ends on September 28, and we need your help to bring us closer to our goal. If you are interested in supporting 1000:1000, please visit bloodwater.org/1000.
Thank you to all who joined us during the 10-city “One Thousand Wells” book tour! It has been an experience that we will not forget.
