It’s the first day of August, and summer is coming to a close! That means kids are heading back to school and starting a new year of learning. Soon, you will start checking items off of your kids’ back-to-school supply list, and as you fill their backpacks, you can also make sure kids in Malawi have what they need for a successful school year: clean water!

Education is one of the most effective tools in ending the generational impact of poverty. Often, children in Africa must leave their classes to collect water for their families, or skip school entirely because they are too sick from drinking the water they collected from an unclean source. That is a reality no child should have to face.

We are launching into a new partnership with a local organization in Malawi, where they’ll be working to provide clean water access at child care and primary schools. For just $30, you can send a child back to school with the clean water they’ll need to have a healthy and successful school year!
