The below form will submit a request for Organizational Strengthening (OS) Funding to apply toward your IDF Improvement Plan (IP) priorities. You must submit a funding request for disbursement of OS funds associated with specific activities in the Improvement Plan for the funding to be accessed.

Please note that the Improvement Plan’s budget is illustrative. It is anticipated that the projected costs will not be exactly as framed in the plan. You can flexibly utilize the 10,000 USD as needed towards the defined and approved priorities identified.

Please note your organization must receive approval before making any commitments or spending from other resources expecting it to be refunded. Any spending made without prior approval as per the guidelines below will not be refunded.

Also, please be aware that money is available for use up to 23 months from the month of the IDF Assessment that the IP is generated from. If your organization wishes to contribute more funds from other sources to the OS Money allocated by Blood:Water, this is fully acceptable and encouraged.
